Returns Information
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for exchange, gift card, or refund. Please ensure items are in their original condition. Returns are processed within 6 business days post-receipt, and damaged items will be replaced within 7 days. For order cancellations, contact us within 24 hours unless the order has been dispatched.

Refunds
Refunds are offered on all orders, less $5.95 for our return label. Depending on your payment method, funds may take up to 7 business days to post to your account. If a refund has not been received, first recheck your bank balance, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be posted. Exchanges
For exchanges, email us at magalcommunity@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and are processed at the discounted price paid.

Shipping for Returns
For return shipping, please email us at magalcommunity@gmail.com for guidance. Note that return shipping costs are non-refundable, and we cannot process items sent back without a traceable shipping method.

Free Exchanges
If you would like to make an exchange, complete the request when booking the return. We cannot set items aside for exchanges, and any unavailable items will be refunded.
